Hi All,
We have the following versions of softwares installed on the server.
> WBIMB V6.0.1
> Rational Agent Controller V5.0.2
> MQ Series V5.3 CSD
> DB2 V8.1 FP4
> We are trying to develop the applications from remotely and the toolkit version is V6.0.1

We are not able to debug the flows. The problem is that we are not able to view the message at the break ponits. Even when the debug session in running state.

Some times the debug session comes out and disconnected from the Agent controller saying "IBM Agent Controler might be stopped, check the version of the Agent controller installed is correct or not".
Apart from this just to open the debug session the toolkit taking lot of time. Is this the problem with the version of RAC ? Whether we have to install RAC V6.0.1 ?

And is RAC version should be dependednt on MQ Series version or WBIMB Version ?

I feel like WBIMB V5.1 is better and stable compared to WBIMB V6.0

Please let me know whether I may have to apply any fix pack or any solution for the same.

Thank You

Many people here have reported problems using the RAC. Some of them might be down to user misunderstanding.

Regardless, most people I know use mqsichangetrace commands for debugging instead of the Debug perspective.

Hi

RAC 5.0.2 is enough, infact it works for WBIMB 5.

RAC version should not be dependednt on MQ Series and i am not sure with WBIMB, but i think its required to have updated one for WBIMB 6

if you are having RAC V6.0.1 then try to install that and lets see the result.

Let us know the status
Thanks and Regards

Thanks to all of you,
Well, the issue gets resolved by applying fixpac to the Toolkit (FixPack 2) Now the toolkit version which we can see is V6.0.2
And we are able to debug the message flows with the same version of Agent Controller V5.0.2 The issue was with the toolkit.

You will notice lot of changes in the toolkit after installation of the fixpack.
Like
> All the message flows under the project made to grouped under a group with Flows as the name Similarly all the ESQL files.
> All the built in nodes grouped under different folder depending upon the usage of the nodes, helps to navigate through the nodes easily
> To open the ESQL files associated with the nodes no need double click on it single click will take u to the ESQL module.
> All the node properties available on the same window where the warning are displayed
> Etc etc

Bye
