I've been through all the support pacs looking for help in developing both client and server-side exits. Somewhere IBM has published examples and/or requirements for these exits, anybody know where this documentation is?
I'd like to develop the client-side exit for Java applications and expect that the server-side exit will be written in C, but my understanding is that these exits need to cross-communicate (handshake and exchange id and pwd etc) during a connection attempt but I need details for this protocol. |

Developing a fully authenticating solution for MQ is a long hard road. There are very limited resources available and very few people who know this subject.
And I can see you've already been on that road for awhile:

There are 3 solutions in the market that do proper end-to-end security for MQ:
1. Capitalware's MQ Authenticate User Security Exit
2. IBM's WebSphere MQ Extended Security Edition V6
3. Primeur's Data Secure for WebSphere MQ
