I installed DB2, MQSeries and Message Broker on my laptop without a problem. I have a new user that I use for the services (other than db2admin), and now I want to create the username server.

I did this on a Linux already and it worked fine, but now I can't start the service. Well, I get an error in the Event Viewer stating that queue manager "UserNameServer" cannot be found.

I started with NO queue managers and executed this command:
mqsicreateusernameserver -q QM1 -i msgbrkusr -a msgbrkpwd

(The same problem with the ConfigMgr by the way)

It creates the QM1 queue mgr and I don't get any errors, but when I start I get this in the event viewer:
Quote:
( UserNameServer ) A problem was detected with WebSphere MQ while issuing 'MQCONN' for WebSphere MQ Queue Manager ''UserNameServer''. MQCC=2, MQRC=2058.

The operation on the specified queue manager returned with the indicated WebSphere MQ completion and reason code.

Check the WebSphere MQ completion and reason codes in the WebSphere MQ Application Programming Reference manual to establish the cause of the error, taking any appropriate action. It may be necessary to restart the message broker after you have performed this recovery action. If an MQOPEN was unsuccessful because the queue manager did not exist, then define this object to WebSphere MQ. If the problem was because incorrect object names were specified, then the message broker will try to recover, if the problem persists it may be necessary to restart the message broker.

Anyone encountered this problem before? My msgbrkusr -account has admin rights and is in all the required groups (mqm, mqbrkrs, DB2USERS).
