Does Websphere MQ 6.0 is supported to run on Linux VMWARE server? If so, are there any configuration changes required?

Thanks for your help

Prakash

And the guest OS must be one of the supported OS's, although the host doesn't have to be.

Cheers,

We are currently running MQ6 and WBI 6 on RHEL4 VMs. We have had no issues that are related specifically to the fact that the machine is virtualized. At least none that we can tell. Our setup is not yet in production but we moving in that direction.

Additionally using VMs is a great way construct development environments and testing.
