Assuming Windows, so check the install log in 'C:\Documents and Settings\<username it was installed under>\Local Settings\Temp'.

The file should be 'amq*.log' (can't remember the default because we specify the name of ours during silent install).

It should show any errors.

The only thing i can suggest is looking in all 'C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Temp' locations.

Did it ever work? If so, can you track any changes made since installation? Is uninstall/reinstall an option?
