Hello,

( 1) Thanks for all your experts advice.
( 2) In MQ V6 for z/OS, there is the new command "Define Log", however, this command is not available in V531, pls do correct me if I am mistaken.
( 3) Any way or command I can issue to my qmgr in V531 to generate "CSQJ110E"?
Thank you.

2) You are correct.
3) If you only want to test some automation then you should be able to generate the message (CSQJ110E) with the automation software. If worst comes to worst I have a program that will let you generate any message from a job that may help.

It would be pretty unusual if your automation package didn't allow you to generate the message though.
