I am passing my input data to an Third Party Error Handler by placing the message on a queue. The Input data is in BLOB format and it has failed being "PARSED" against a message set. ( which is OK ). Now the message is being passed to this third Party in a BLOB format , and since BLOB format is Hexa format it is not making much sense to them.

How can i convert this BLOB data to understandable ASCII data. ( I cannot use Reset Content descriptor as it will fail being parsed against the message set once again )

CAST (InputRoot.BLOB.BLOB AS CHARACTER ENCODING 1208 );
