What version of Xalan ( for XSL transformation) exists in WebSphere Message Broker V6.0.
Problem i have is with xsl transformation. When i test with xalan 2.7.0 outside the broker, i have no issue. however when i test the same xsl in Message Broker, it hangs. I dont see any error messages also. I just want to find out what version of xalan is used inside broker, so that i can test with it outside broker.
Any help is appreciated !!!! |

Hi kmeda,
The infocenter seems to be saying 2.7.0, but dont believe me and search it yourself...use the keyword "xalan"
If the parser is not the issue, then you should perhaps try a debug trace to see what happening.

The performance of the XMLTransformation node is probably not what you want it to be.
The use of XSLT within WMB makes use of none of main features of WMB.
If you code your XSLT to the XSLT 1.0 standard, and it generates an error in Broker, you should be able to open a PMR.
I suspect that the version of XALAN that is in use is different at different fixpack levels of WMB.
