View -> Add/Remove Columns
Next to the displayed columns are "Move Up" & "Move Down" buttons to change the order. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

Below on the navigator pane, you would see a "Scheme: Standard...."
Right click there and select "Edit current scheme", then move up or move down as Vitor suggested.
