I am having issues connecting to remote config manager. I get a BIP0915E error "message broker toolkit is unable to communicate with config manager". I do not have a queue manager on my local box?Do I need to have one,I thought toolkit uses TCP/IP to communicate with config manager?

Does your ID have authority to connect to the configuration manager. You need to run mqsicreateaclentry command for giving required authority to your ID.
