Installing using a domain user is problematic - do a search in here & you'll see some issues on domain authentication.
You might find it easier to create a local mqm user, install using that then authorise domain users as part of the mqm group. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

Make sure the domain user is in the local administrator's group.
Make sure the domain user has the permissions necessary to query domain group membership. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

Hello All,
I am installing it from shared drive on network. I have not mapped that drive on my machine. I am using like \\Machinename\\<sharepoint>\.
My Domain user has local admin rights.
Thanks

Using what user id? Local or domain? Local administrator or not?
(See the post of jefflowrey above)
What about my suggestion to manually create an mqm user and install using that? Have you tried that & obtained the same error? _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
