Hi all,

I am having problem that I can not able to register remote ICS Server with System Manager from my local computer. When registering new ICS Server, try to automatically find server with browse button did not find the target server even that my computer and ICS server both are in same network segment. Try to add ip address also do not give any result.

For you known, I have my local ICS Server (trial version) with the name WebSphereICS registered in System Manager and the remote one is full version (for production) with the same server name too (WebSphereICS).

Is it because both of them have the same name than my System Manager can not find the remote server?


I use WBI ICS 4.4 in Windows 2003.

What happens when you specify remot host name or ipaddress?Does your toolkit display any errors?

Can u give more details on how u configured ur system manager on ur local machine????

Did u set the ORB_PORT and ORB_HOST in the CWSharedEnv.bat file?????

What is the error u r getting?
