Hi

We are currently conducting some performance tests using MQ 5.3 on AIX. I have read historical posts on this site, but I haven't found a clear answer to whether or not you can change the LogWriteIntegrity attribute in the Qmgr's ini file and simply re-start the Qmgr or does the value of this attribute only get recognized during Qmgr creation?

I think I answered my own question. After reviewing the crtmqm parameters I see that it is not possible to state the LogWriteIntegrity value. So that being said, the only way to change the value from the defaulted TripleWrite is through editing the qm.ini file and re-starting the Qmgr.

I would be very interested in your evaluation of performance after changing the LogWriteIntegrity, if that is something you are able to share....
