Hi
I have this IBM MQ Series v5.3 installed in Solaris 10 Sparc.
However there are few question regarding IBM MQ as below ,
1. how to see messages pending ( Messages that are not consumed by consumer yet ) on particular queue ?
what command and so on? Thanks
2. How do i start Admin GUI / MQ Explorer in Solaris ?
Which script is that?
Because i know there is MQ Explorer GUI in windows where u can see all ur queue and do things using purely GUI
Thanks |

I want to browse the message,
what do u meant by queue depth ? is it the maximum number of messages a queue can hold and number of n messages pending currently in queue?
Thanks |

Hi
just_a_kid, its better if you go through the fundamentals of MQ.
For browsing the queue use amqsbcg.
there are queue depth , current depth, maxdepth etc. as the name implies it.
i suggest you to go through the fundamentals...
Thanks and Regards
