We have a COBOL program that uses MQ calls. It runs on OS/390, under CICS TS. All works fine, but it ends with a very strange abend - QAPI on MQDISC call.

It's strange, because MQCONN and MQDISC calls are ignored in CICS environment (The connection is made by the CICS region).

We can of course comment the MQDISC call out, but I would like to know what causes such behaviour.

We have CICS TS 1.2 and MQ 2.1, OS/390 version is 2.7

Thanks for any ideas.
