Hi all,

We well be migrating our qmgr QM1 from Solrais (5.3) to Linux (MQ 6.0.2... hostname will be different). I don't have much experience with SSL. I have some questions that I hope can be answered here:

1- Do we need a new SSL certificate for the new qmgr? Or should we copy the whole directory from old to the new qmgr?
2- If SSLPEER is used, does the external client to change anything?

Anyone has done this before?

SSL certificates do not depend on the hostname (except if you coded it into the DN), but the queuemanager name is used within the label. So if the queuemanagername is the same you should not have any problems.
