Is there a tool that discovers all Qmanagers on the network(LAN)?

I've not heard of one.

You could probably write a sniffer that interogated each port for an MCA response, then sent a PCF command to display the queue manager details.

Or you could ask the MQ admins.

My preferred method of arrival at a new site is to follow the sender channels.....
