We have an issue with TCPIPv6 on Tandem MQ version 5.1 Sender channels. IP failover is causing us problems. On the face of it, the LOCLADDR attr on the sender channel would seem to solve the problem, forcing the channel to bind to the correct, single IP address.
I've checked the MQSC manual which claims to support Tandem MQ v 5.1. However, on performing a display channel, and a help on define channel, we don't appear to allow that attribute....it's not displayed anywhere.
We're MQ v 5.1, CSD03, and C3EFIX1. Has anyone else tried to use this attribute on a Tandem queue manager? If so, was it version 5.1, or version 5.3?

Official word from IBM is that LOCLADDR is not available on Tandem until version 5.3, despite the manuals claims of 5.1 availability. However, I can't find any record of this parameter in the Tandem 5.3 System Admin guide which concerns me somewhat.
Does any kind soul have a version 5.3 install on Tandem, and could do a display channel command to see if LOCLADDR is one of the settings? We have yet to install 5.3 as it won't be considered until some knowledge of OSS has filtered through our group.
Incidentally, we have managed to bypass the original problem that forced us to consider using LOCLADDR, but it would still be nice to know if it genuinely is supported in the future release in case we have to revisit this.
