Hi
Gayatri

I had been through the link which you posted.

But When I went through Event Viewer logs,Error is related to Database with SQL1032N saying Database Manager could not be started.
But under ODBC data source connector I can create some sample database and test the connection of the same(It means Database manager is up and running).

And when I try to create configuration manager thru command prompt
I get BIP8078E error which again points to database related error.

Please provide the solution.

Regards
Vinayak

Hi
I dont think that you will not able to execute some SQL commands through command prompt.

couple of questions
1. is db2cmd/db2start working?
2. If not whats the error its showing
3. did you look the error in db2diag.log file.
4. please let us know whats there in that file
5. Under which user you are trying to access the DB2
6. Check the permission of that

Let us know the status

Thanks and Regards
Gayathri

Hi

After creating the configration manager and broker through the command
prompt(using those mq commands),there is no problem with broker.

db2cmd and db2start are working.

Thank you.
