hi

Can you tell me please what exactly i need to check in the FDC . I checked out there were 2 files named AMQ20620.0.FDC and AMQ20606.0.FDC at /var/mqm/errors . I hope I am looking at the correct files. There were a lot of information in that file and I could not figure out where to check for access issues..

Thanks a lot in advance

You need the files generated at or about the time you had the problem.

Probably the single quickest thing to look at in an FDC is the ProbeId at the top. You can then google or search the forum for this.

Have a search through the forum for FDC files generally - you'll find them commonly used for problem resolution and often discussed, though they are intended for the use of IBM support teams. You might also find some pointers to decode the body of the FDC that might help.
