I am getting this exception when I try to post a message using XMS.
Exception caught: System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has bee
n thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.TypeInitializationException
: The type initializer for 'IBM.XMS.WMQ.WmqConnectionFactory' threw an exception
. ---> System.TypeLoadException: Could not load type 'IBM.WMQ.ManagedCommonServi
ces' from assembly 'amqmdxcs, Version=6.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=7
a58d55a51981a15'.

The code works with JMS but not with XMS. The MQ version is 6. Did anyone run into this error before?

I assume this is:
IA9H: IBM Message Service Client for .NET

What does this mean?

It appears that you do not have the pre-requisite level of 'MQ classes for .NET'. See the readme for supported environments and version info.
