I am using RFHUTIL to register subscribers. Issue is not able to register Topics with shared queue(which is local on remote system) as destination queue.I have to specify the hosting QM name for the shared queue to register a topic, so i am not getting true fail over or load balancing if i specify the QM name with shared queue. Did any one notice this issue, if so how to handle.
Thanks

Please give the cluster name in subscription queue manager name. This will manage the load balancing.

Thank you

"shared queue" is a specific term which means "zOS shared queues", is that what you mean?

You can try creating an alias queue on the local queue manager, which in turn resolves to the cluster queue. You can then register the alias queue on the broker queue manager.

When the message is published to the alias queue, the broker queue manager will try to send it any of its actual instances, giving you the load balancing.

Regards,
VK.
