I got the lastest version of SP mo72 and running MQ6.0 Maintpack 1.
c:\shared\mqsc.exe -c CLIENT -m QMGRName -h IPaddress. QMGRName is MQversion 5.3. I'm getting error:
"procedure entry point xcsFFST could not be located in the dynamic link library AMQXCS2.dll"
I copied file amqxcs2.dll into same directory as mqsc.exe and that did not help.
Also, regsvr32 aqmxcs2.dll returned: "dll was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer entrypoint was not found"
Can not find WebSphere MQ client (MQIC32.DLL) on this machine. RC(127)
MQSC Ended
C:\shared>dir MQIC32.DLL amqxcs2.dll
Volume in drive C has no label.
Volume Serial Number is DDEE
Directory of C:\shared
05/19/2005 12:00 AM 1,216,512 amqxcs2.dll
05/04/2006 11:52 PM 31,744 mqic32.dll
I was able to perform mqsc.exe task with MQ5.3

| Could it be that Installed the MQ6.0 server only. If I installed the MQ6.0 client feature, I would not have the issue mentioned? Thanks. |

This suggests you expect MQ apps to pick up their DLLs from a non-standard directory. It's safer if you just use the installer and accept all the locations it generates. |
