Hi,
I keep getting "Failure Loading C:\\Candle\CMW\KFWINDLL.DLL" while installing CMW. I ignore it and it seemed CMW has been installed in my Laptop, however, when I tried to logon to CMW, my screen is blank. I have checked that all accesses are given to me as I managed to use my colleagues Laptop and logon to CMW successfully.
Perhaps the problem could be due to loading of KFWINDLL.DLL. I encountered "Errorr loading kfwindll.dll,rc:127. Uninstall may be incomplete" when I tried uninstalling.
Pls advise me on how to circumvent the installation error.

Use the supported, released, and current version of Tivoli Omegamon, instead of the likely unsupported and certainly obsolete version of anything labeled "Candle"?
