Hi All,

I am trying to put this message to generate a "create and start instance" request with priority=2, but some how the priority is always set to zero without any errors. I cannot find any information about this in the programming guide. Pls let me know if something is wrong. I am using WF version 3.3.0.4 on Windows NT.
