Can I use Configuration Manager Proxy API to read HTTP listener port of broker ?

What are you trying to accomplish? (I think the answer to your question is NO, if "read" means "listen on")

I think "read" means "Ask the ConfigMgr what port a particular broker is using for bipHttpListener".

But I still think the answer is "No".

Then Jeff's answer is correct. You cannot get the HTTP listener port from the CMP API. You would need to query the registry on the local broker machine.
