I am installing the MQ Client 6.0 for Windows on a Windows 2000 server that has been set up with no C drive. I get an error 1327 Invalid Drive :c\ right after responding ENGLISH on the language panel. Has anyone seen this or know of a way around it?
Thanks. |

Yes, the mq client has an (unexpected) hardcoded drive letter in it, so machines without a C drive are in trouble. You can edit the msi file to remove this using something like orca, but I would only do that at the directions of IBM Support. |

I was wondering if using a silent install might get me by this problem?
Thanks. |
