We have recently installed 6.0.1 on a HP-UX 11.11 machine.
Some of our applications are generating security failures. In attempting to check the security permissions using amqoamd, I see the following errors in the output:

setmqaut -m <QM> -t qmgr -g mqm +altusr +connect +inq +set +setall +setid +chg +crt +dlt +dsp
setmqaut -m <QM> -t qmgr -g <group> +altusr +connect +inq +set +setall +setid MQGET failed with reason: 2018 (MQRC_HCONN_ERROR)

setmqaut -m <QM> -n SYSTEM.DEFAULT.PROCESS -t process -g mqm +crt
setmqaut -m <QM> -n SYSTEM.DEFAULT.NAMELIST -t namelist -g mqm +crt

MQCLOSE failed with reason: 2018 (MQRC_HCONN_ERROR)
MQDISC failed with reason: 2018 (MQRC_HCONN_ERROR)

There are no FDC files and no mention of this in any error log. I was logged in as a valid user in the mqm group. The laundry list of problems for 2018 don't seem to apply here, since this is an internal mq process...

I'm working on the assumption that something is misconfigured and causing this process to fail which could also be adversely affecting the security process.

Any suggestions?

Looks like IY80142; contact IBM for a fix.
