I'm wondering if HACMP can be achieveable on Sun Solaris Box?

I know HACMP originally is designed for AIX.

Any shed on this topic would be highly appreciated!!!

Thanks in advance!!!

HACMP only runs on AIX, as far as I know.

You can build an HA configuration on Solaris using other HA software, though.

If you spend even five minutes, I'm sure you can find the names of those different pieces of software.

Definately - used all 3, using Solaris & Veritas at the moment.

I guess you can also use ServiceGuard on many different platforms. As well with Veritas.
