We just IPL's the iseries and now the default queue manager wont start.. it states its waiting for a job to start... I reviewed the job description that is being used and its using qbatch sbs(running) and a qbatch job q(released). Not sure where to look..I think maybe a subsystem might not be running.. but every subsystem is active... does anyone know what specific subsystems need to be running for a QM to run? we are running V5R3, MQ 6.0. Thanks

dspsbs sbs(qmqm) should give you the mq process that are running, and also check the error logs why it does not start

That was is.. the subsystem QMQM was not running.. Thanks for your help..
