This is the 8th Queue Manager in "Windows Server 2000" . Probably when messages come to the TXN queue following errors have been generated [below]. Messages are transferred to destination Queue after 2-3 hours without any interference.

Errors:::

AMQ5009: WebSphere MQ agent process 12768 has terminated unexpectedly.

EXPLANATION:
WebSphere MQ has detected that an agent process has terminated unexpectedly.
The queue manager connection(s) that this process is responsible for will be
broken.
ACTION:
Use any previous FFSTs to determine the reason for the failure. Try to
eliminate the following reasons before contacting your IBM support center.
1) A user has inadvertently terminated the process.
2) The system is low on resources. Some operating systems terminate processes
to free resources. If your system is low on resources, it is possible that
the operating system has terminated the process so that a new process can be
created.

Hi shanu,

Run "regedit" to get in to the registry

then select
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Select
System
Select
CurrentControlSet
Select
Control
Select
Session Manager
Select
SubSystems
double click on
Windows
Carefully change the values and restart the computer
I advise to go through the website that i had sent to you once again

Regards
