I am using Websphere mQ 6.0. When i send the message through .net application, i have to go to MQ browser and start the sender channel all the time if it is inactive. Is there any way that when i give put command the sender channel should automatically be started?

Look up "triggered channels" in this forum - it's been a popular topic recently!

Set the transmission queue trigger on and initq as 'SYSTEM.CHANNEL.INITQ'

The channel will automicatially start whe you put the message the remote queue.
