I can't use the Message Flow Debugger.

RACServer.exe keeps crashing.

I am using:
WebSphere Message Brokers Toolkit - Message Broker
Version: 6.0.0.1
Build id: 20060106_1130

I created a simple message flow., deployed it, tested it and all works fine. I then tried using the debugger.

I opened the debug perspective and created a debug configuration under "Message Broker Debug"

I was able to browse to my process ID and select MBLOCAL:Richard when I clicked Browse under Flow Engine.

When I clicked "Debug", the little progress indicator in the lower right hand corner of eclipse cycled a few times, then I received a contact admin dialog:

RAServer.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x002611d0" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".
Click OK to terminate the program
Click CANCEL to debug the program

The a little while later, I got another dialog:
Visual Flow Debugger Engine
Can not communicate with flow engine.
Reason:
Agent is inactive.
Restart IBM ....

When I went to services, IBM Agent Controller had stopped. Event Viewer had added two events:
(1) An info event with the same info as the dialog:
Application popup: RAServer.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x002611d0" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program
(2) An error event:
The IBM Agent Controller service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 11 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds: No action.

my servicelog.log showed the following

I am able to reproduce this by restarting the MBLOCAL broker and the Agent controller.

The version tag from the RAServer.exe shows 5.0.1.0

I tried downloading a different version of RAC from IBMs website (ftp://www3.software.ibm.com/software/websphere/studiotools/downloads/501/rac/windows/IBMRAC.zip), but our firewall and security system does not allow developers to download or install anything. Is there a way to fix this locally by just typing something in the registry or a file somewhere?
