Hi, Does MQ Client connection support Natting? For ex - can we specify an ip addr in the connection param as 1.1.1.1 which ultimately resolve to add 2.2.2.2 ?

If I understand you right, I believe the simple answer is yes. But, this is usually the function of a DNS, etc. and depends on your connectivity. It is a networking function, not an MQ function.

This is a network function, but you might want to look up the channel parameter LOCLADDR - sometimes used in this context
