I have done these steps:
1. install mq on hp11
2. define channel (system.admin.svrconn) chltype(svrconn) mcauser ('mqm')
3. start channel (system.admin.svrconn)
4. runmqlsr -t tcp & ***(to start the listener)

and in my windows platform which i use MQ6.0 explorer to connect the qmanager on hp11, it report that
-== The queue 'SYSTEM.MQEXPLORER.REPLY.MODEL' could not be opened for reason '2045'. ==-
how should i do, please advise. thanks.

You could look up the reason code 2045 and then check that the definition is correct for the queue in question.

For us to answer this would require more information than you are giving.

2045 is MQRC_OPTION_NOT_VALID_FOR_TYPE
