I use a very simple flow on WMB V6 with just MQInput and Publication.
I used RFHUTIL to publish a message on a topic
On the RFHUTIL, I have MQFORMAT =MQHRF2 and message domain jms_text and use the publish button to publish my message to MQINPUT node of my flow.
My subscriber program gets the message with no problem. However it complains that the message is not a Text Message. But I set jms_text as my message domain in the RFH header already. Did I miss something ?
Is this something that the publication node changes ?

You missed to set the format in the RFH header to MQSTR

Read up on headers and the way they behave and what they are supposed to contain....

Enjoy

Thanks fjb_saper, I thought that RFHUTIL (IH03 supportpac) will set the RFH2.fomat for me when I have jms_text specified under the JMS tab. But I found out that it does not wth a trace node after the MQInput node. I am now using a compute node in between to set up the RFH2 header and it is working.
