How to copy Queue Manager?

Hi there
I need to export a queue manager to a file , make some changes and copy it to a different server?
Is there a way to do it using MQ ? I used to do it with Qpasa where I can exprot the entire QM to a file but not sure how to do it in MQ!!!

MQ 5.3 CSD 10 Windows server 2003

You want saveqmgr.
