I have MQ installed on WIN2k3.
Is ther a way to copy messages form one transmition queue to another transmition queue( they are both on the same server)?

You shouldn't be reading or writing directly to or from transmission queues unless you have some administrative or problem solving requirements. It can cause problems.
But to answer your question, they're just queues so any application can in theory read and write the messages. I repeat that some caution is required before attempting this, and certain it should not be done routinely!  _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

No.
And again, you shouldn't be messing with transmission queues. What are you trying to achieve? There may be other ways to obtain the result you want. For instance, if what you want is a copy of the messages on queue A placed on queue B you could use mirrorq. If you're trying to route messages to an onward queue manager via the 2nd transmission queue, you could define an alias.
