error in rules table

Hi all, i am trying to invoke dead letter queue handler with teh following rules in the table.

REASON(MQRC_PUT_INHIBITED) ACTION(FWD) FWDQ(QPUTINHIBITED)
REASON((MQRC_Q_FULL) ACTION(FWD) FWDQ(QFULL)

i gave the command
C:\>runmqdlq SYSTEM.DEAD.LETTER.QUEUE TWO <c:\rules.rul
but it is throwing an error like this.
parse error on line 2
...(
fatal flex scanner internal error--end of buffer missed

iam not able to figure the prob. can some one tell me what theprob is?

The 2nd line has two starting ('s remove one of them. Also make sure you have a line break after the last statement.
