Hi,
When I downgrade MQ from v6 to v5.3 due issues with MQ upgrade, should I create the qmgr.
Note: This qmgr is a cluster repository. So, if I recreate this qmgr I might have to encounter more issues.

You will have to drop and recreate the queue manager. A number of the objects in the queue manager will have been upgraded.
What exact issues did you have after upgrading?

We have Msg. Broker on the same server. When we tried to start the broker, we saw alot of MQ connection failed errors. Also lots of FDCs got generated
