Folks, thanks in advance!

When trying to create a new Domain, I encounter the following error (details for the user (First.Second), Queue Manager (FAKEQMGR) and Computer ID (ComputerID) have been replaced):

Code:
BI0915E Message Brokers Toolkit is unable to communicate with Configuration Manager.

User First.Second@ComputerID is not authorized to connect to queue manager 'FAKEQMGR' (MQ reason code 2035 while trying to connect)

I checked the application error log and see the following error:

Code:

Event Type:   Warning
Event Source:   WebSphere MQ
Event Category:   None
Event ID:   9245
Date:      20/09/2006
Time:      12:11:42 AM
User:      N/A
Computer:   ComputerID
Description:
Unable to obtain account details for channel MCA user ID.

WebSphere MQ was unable to obtain the account details for MCA user ID 'First.Second@ComputerID'. This user ID was the MCA user ID for channel 'SYSTEM.BKR.CONFIG' on queue manager 'FAKEQMGR' and may have been defined in the channel definition, or supplied either by a channel exit or by a client.

Ensure that the user ID is correct and that it is defined on the Windows local system, the local domain or on a trusted domain. For a domain user ID, ensure that all necessary domain controllers are available.

The user is definitely defined as a local user administrator, and has been added to the mqbrkrs and mqm groups. I have also restarted the system, and refreshed the security.

Details for the Queue Manager, Host and Port when creating the new domain have been checked and are correct.

Your assistance would be much appreciated.

A 2035 is a security authorization error. More than likely, you are trying to connect to a queue manager with a userid that is not in the mqm group.

It says that it was unable to "obtain the account details".

Did you follow the instructions for configuring WMQ to authorize against the Windows domain?
