JDBC adapter start failure

Hi,
I am using WBI Adapter Framework 2.6 with oracle 8.1 in win 2k.
I have copied classes12.zip to the adapter lib folder and added the path to my start_JDBC bath file. But while starting it is throwing a error Quote:

I am confused. Any kinds of advice would be acceptable
