While starting qmgr, I got the following erros in error log file.
9/16/2006 07:11:41
AMQ6119: An internal WebSphere MQ error has occurred (rc=2: stat: C:\Program
Files\IBM\WebSphere MQ\qmgrs\WBRKCMQM\@ipcc\.
EXPLANATION:
MQ detected an unexpected error when calling the operating system. The MQ error
recording routine has been called.
ACTION:
Use the standard facilities supplied with your system to record the problem
identifier, and to save the generated output files. Contact your IBM support
center. Do not discard these files until the problem has been resolved.
The command line return erroe code is 7017. Any idea? I have freshly installed the mw 5.3 in this box.

NO fdc FILE are generated. Rather Ethereal file are crfeated. I wonder why these files are created.
Any clue please |

Those files are no ethereal files. Open it with any Text editor, and there you go.
This is just, beacause ethereal happens to use fdc as it's file extension, so Windows assumes those files to belong to ethereal. |

Hi Sebantianhirt,
Thank you for the insight. I did not know that FDC file are named as Ethereal file. that is true. When I checked, these are FDC file. But my problem was just solved. I redid a few times. I am able to create and run qmgr now.
