I tried to delete a broker on an AIX system using mqsidelete broker. But nothing happened after displaying the following

$ mqsideletebroker MY_broker
WebSphere MQ queue manager running.

There is no error showing in syslog.

After waiting for long time (15+ minutes), mqsilist still shows the broker
$ mqsilist
BIP8099I: ConfigMgr: WBRK_CNFGMGR - WBRK_QM
BIP8099I: Broker: MY_broker - WBRK_QM

Is there any other logs that I should check to find out why ?
