If Boolean uses a Choice type without using a tag or some other means for the parser to resolve the choice, then Boolean will have to adjust the ESQL code to force the resolution of the choice.
Correct - the above model satisfies that condition. Your requirement can be reworded as 'Any complex type or group with Composition=Choice should have Data Element Separation of Tagged Delimited/Tagged Fixed Length/Tagged Encoded Length, or else the choice will be put into the tree as an unparsed BLOB.'
