Hi All,
Application details :
OS: Solaris 5.9, MQ6.0.1&MB6 with CSD2
We are trying to maintain the user defined error codes and error description in a custom catalog and the file is copied in the server(/opt/mqsi6/messages).
The below file has the content.
4202: BIP4202E: \
Header Error.
the above path is copied in the flow and while testing the flow is not reading the values from catalog file?
Any configuration is missing??
Regs,
Raj |

Hi Raj,
you can not use the same BIP codes that have been already predefined catalogues. |

Hi,
Thanks for your reply..
What is the best practise to define the user error codes and description in a custom catalog ?
How do I find IBM predefined catalogues?
Regards,

The best practice is to only do so when it adds value. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |
