Hi All,
Right now I am going thru an aggregation flow in MB5.0 with CSD 7. From the aggregate control node, I have created to parellel processing flows and they inturn reply to the same queue which is specfified before the aggregate reply node. But the problem I am facing is after the aggregate reply node the message is always propagated thru the unknown terminal instead of out or timeout terminal. Help me out if I have done anyting wrong.

My Flow.

MQInputNode1->Agge Contol->Compute1->MqOutput1->Agge Request
->Compute2->MqOutput2->Agge Request

MqInputNode2->Agge Reply node->compute3->Mqoutput3
->compute4->Mqoutput4
->compute5->Mqoutput5
The queue name specfied in the Mqinputnode2 is same as the reply to queue in Mqoutput2 and Mqoutput3. But when the message comes to aggregate reply node it is propagated thru compute3 i.e thru unknown terminal.

Thanx in advance,

are you setting corelation id properly in your fan out flows before u send reply to MqInputNode2 ?

broker uses corellation id to identify the responses of the fan-out while processing the fan-in in my inderstanding.

Anoop

Did you wire the Control terminals together between the AggControl and AggReply?

yes ... as wayne said ... if u don wire the control terminal of aggregate control to control terminal of aggregate reply. This is to identify the aggregation flow. Also ensure that the aggregation name is contextually unique.

if u hav the control terminal connected ... ensure that u hav set a sufficient timeout in the aggregate control node. any message, coming in the aggregate reply flow after the timeout would go to the unknown terminal.

cheerz!!!
