Hi

How to get the details about the user who has transfered the workitem to another user. Is there any API available , if yes, what should be the method to query the same?

There is no API... the information you want is only available in the Audit Trail.

As Jmac suggests there is no Api to do what you want. You might want to use AUDIT_TO_MQ for the transfer event only and write an application to insert into a custom database to store such info...good luck!!!
