What are basic necessary things required to devlop a binding file?

It's a manuanl, called exactly and specifically "WebSphere MQ Using Java".

It's in the MQ Info Center, it's also available as a PDF from the MQ Library page - both of which are on IBM's website.

There are also probably a thousand different links to this specific manual in various posts on this website.
