Do u process visa's or u want a guy in US...
Are u looking for an Architect and Developer or an architect who is ready to develop also ?
What might be the specific skills ur looking for ?

We do process visa's but at present H1 quota is finished so for immediate needs we need people in US. We are looking for both an Architect and a Developer. But even the Architect may have to do some development work if required.
Specifically we need people who have developed Message Flows using WBIMB 5.0 and have worked with various message formats such as XSD's, Flat file, TDS etc. Hope I answered your questions. If any doubts let me know.

Will you be able to put Guys on Business Visa (If one allready has) ?
One can stay there minimum for 3 and maximum for 6 months.
